Do you work with individuals as well as businesses?
Yes. Computer repair, data recovery, and computer recycling are available to households and individuals in the Pittsburgh area, as well as to businesses.
We think we have been hacked. What should we do first?
Contact us right away, and avoid wiping or rebuilding affected computers until the situation is assessed, because that can destroy evidence of what happened. From a device you trust, change the passwords for key accounts such as email and banking and turn on multi factor authentication.
Can you help my business meet HIPAA or other compliance requirements?
Yes. We have years of hands on experience in HIPAA, HITRUST, and SOC 2 environments. We can assess where you stand, put practical safeguards in place, and help with policies and evidence. We are not a law firm, so we will point you to legal counsel for legal questions.
