Computer repair, data recovery, and computer forensics work can involve direct access to a device and the personal files, accounts, and data stored on it. We access only what is reasonably necessary to diagnose and complete the work you have asked for, we do not read, copy, share, or use your personal files for any other purpose, and we do not retain copies of your data once the engagement is complete unless you ask us to (for example, a data recovery backup you request we keep temporarily). Devices, backups, and any drives removed during repair or recycling are handled securely and, for recycling, data is wiped or the drive is physically destroyed before disposal. If a matter involves a suspected crime or requires a documented chain of custody, we will discuss those requirements with you directly before beginning work.

We keep inquiry and client information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law or standard business recordkeeping, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website and our services are directed to businesses and adults, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
